When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during access hours which are 6am to 11pm every day.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

We do not require notice before move out. Please let us know once you have moved out and we will check the unit and close the account.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will be provided with a personalized gate code that will allow you access to your unit.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, through our website, or mail a check or money order. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card monthly. We also have a mail slot in our office door for payment drop off.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Cash, Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

We require disk locks to be used on all storage units. You may either provide your own or purchase one from us.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

What are the hours of operation?

You can access your unit between the hours of 6 AM and 11 PM.
